Help us save lives. Become a volunteer in three easy steps!
Step 1: Apply
Step 2: Phone Conversation
Once we’ve received your application, one of our Volunteer Engagement team members will reach out within seven days to schedule a phone conversation with you. We’ll be able to tell you more about our volunteer opportunities and work together to determine which may be the best fit for you.
Step 3: Volunteer Orientation
Next up is our Volunteer Orientation! We will register you for this during our phone conversation.
For questions or further assistance, please reach out to Josie Gaieck at 602.997.7585 ext. 1041 or email@example.com. Josie is in the office Tuesday-Saturday and will be more than happy to help during that time.
Tails and Trails
Take a hike…with our dogs!
Our dogs love to get out on the trail for a long trek. Join our weekly, docent-guided, dog-walking hikes, where you can take one of AHS’ adoptable dogs out for some exercise during a special morning walk. Children ages 6 and up are welcome to participate with a parent as dog handler.
