Due to to our veterinarian’s severe allergy to the Shar-Pei breed, we are unable to provide services to Shar-Peis or Shar-Pei mixes at this location at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Hours of Operation
Spay/Neuter by Appointment:
Tuesdays-Thursdays, 7 a.m.-5 p.m. Closed daily from Noon-1 p.m. (all surgeries are by appointment and we are unable to accept walk-ins)
Please bring a valid photo ID such as an Arizona identification card, driver’s license or passport to your appointment.
Vaccinations by Appointment
Friday, 8 a.m.- Noon and 1 p.m. – 5 p.m.(all vaccinations are by appointment and we are unable to accept walk-ins)

To schedule an appointment for spay/neuter or vaccinations, please use our online scheduling system or call 602.997.7585 Ext. 4001. Please note, we are experiencing extremely high call volumes. Please leave us a message if we are unable to answer and we will return your call. Return calls may be delayed beyond 24 hours.
If you would like to apply for financial assistance, please complete the Veterinary Services Assistance Application and bring the application with you to your appointment. Completing this form does not guarantee receipt of the funds and is not required, but may help our staff meet your financial needs while offering the best medical recommendations for your pet. Please note, if you are awarded funding, we’d ask that you please complete a model release and allow AHS to take a photograph of your pet to provide to the generous organizations that fund our financial assistance programs.
