Hours of Operation

Sunday-Wednesday, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Our veterinary exams are just $40 per office visit, which includes your pet’s general wellness exam. We will provide an estimate for all additional recommended services at the time of your appointment. We cannot provide estimates over the phone.

Please complete the Patient Form and Consent for Care forms prior to your appointment and bring with you to your appointment.

Financial Assistance

If you would like to apply for financial assistance, please complete the Veterinary Services Assistance Application and bring the application with you to your appointment. Completing this form does not guarantee receipt of the funds and is not required, but may help our staff meet your financial needs while offering the best medical recommendations for your pet. Please note, if you are awarded funding, we’d ask that you please complete a model release and allow AHS to take a photograph of your pet to provide to the generous organizations that fund our financial assistance programs.
