Financial Assistance

Need help paying for your pet’s treatment? To apply for financial assistance, please complete our Margaret McAllister Brock Veterinary Clinic at South Mountain Campus financial assistance form or our Marge Wright Veterinary Clinic at Sunnyslope Campus financial assistance form. While we cannot guarantee that funding will be awarded, we always seek to connect our customers with resources to care for their pets.

If you are awarded funding, we’d ask that you complete a model release and allow AHS to take a photograph of your pet to provide to the generous organizations that fund our financial assistance programs.
