Take an Intimate Look Behind the Scenes

Tours offer a direct look into the lifesaving work we do each day. From daily responsibilities like kennel care and animal enrichment to the procedures performed in our medical facilities, tours provide our community with the opportunity to see it all firsthand. Both guided and self-guided tours are available at two of our three campuses, seven days a week. Guided tours last approximately one hour.

Rob & Melani Walton Papago Park Campus (located in the heart of Phoenix) is unlike any other structure in the country. Learn more.

  • Self-Guided Tour – Stop by any time! We’re open seven days a week, 11 AM to 6 PM.
    • Self-guided tours are directed by the many interactive displays, wayfinding signs and color-coded maps that line our halls. Grab a latte at our in-house Echo Coffee shop and stroll at your own speed!
  • Guided Tour* – By appointment.  Click to schedule.
    • An Arizona Humane Society expert will guide you through our new, state-of-the-art Papago Park Campus in its entirety. Attendees will receive a behind-the-scenes experience, getting an unparalleled look into the facility’s revolutionary BISSELL spay/neuter unit, Lazin Animal Foundation Trauma Hospital, Susan & Mark Mulzet Parvo ICU, Withycombe Family Mutternity Suites and much more.

Nina Mason Pulliam South Mountain Campus (located in the south Phoenix area)

  • Guided Tour* – By appointment. Click to schedule.
    • An Arizona Humane Society expert will guide you through our South Mountain Campus in its entirety. Attendees will gain insight into the innovative programs headquartered there, like our Field Operations and Margaret McAllister Brock Veterinary Clinic.

*NOTE: For guided tours, we kindly ask for a $5 fee per tour attendee. Please give two weeks advance notice so that we can make all the necessary accommodations and arrange a wonderful experience for you! This is a great choice for scouts, families, church groups, clubs and work outings.
