Read to Pets with Reading Fur Fun

Is your child a passionate animal lover but not quite old enough to volunteer? Reading Fur Fun is a special reading program that gives children the opportunity to improve their reading skills by enriching the lives of shelter dogs!

Children ages 5-12 can sign up to read to our dog friends at our Rob & Melani Walton Papago Park Campus. This helps students practice reading and teaches important socialization skills to our dogs awaiting adoption.

Cost: $15 for 1 child (ages 5-12) and 1 adult.
