National Volunteer Week: Spotlight Sarah Maresco

Two Paws up to Sarah Maresco!

Sarah has been volunteering with the Arizona Humane Society since 2003 and has over 4,000 volunteer hours recorded (can you believe it?). Sarah has focused primarily on cat adoptions at our Sunnyslope Campus and in our Sunnyslope Thrift Store. She is great at getting new volunteers settled in these areas and making them feel welcomed in our organization.

Volunteering means so much to Sarah because, “Anything that has to do with animals makes me feel good, whether it’s helping them get adopted or raising the money needed for their care in the Thrift Store.” Thank you, Sarah, for your service and for your enthusiasm!
