FOX 10: AHS’ Pet Resource Center Can Help

Written by: Arizona Humane Society

News Highlights:

  • One of AHS’ Emergency Animal Medical Technician™ arrived to work one morning to find a Maltese mom nursing her puppies in a drawer left outside of AHS’ Nina Mason Pulliam Campus for Compassion. For whatever reason, their previous owner was unable to take care of them, and the pups were very lucky to have been found so quickly in the extreme heat of an Arizona summer
  • What this owner may not have known is that resources are available to help pet owners who need assistance taking care of our furry friends. AHS’ Pet Resource Center is an empathetic team of trained professionals dedicated to providing resources to Valley pet owners, keeping pets in homes and helping to save lives.
  • The Pet Resource Center takes countless calls each day from pet owners across the Valley who only want the best for their pets. Last year, this team contributed to keeping nearly 3,500 pets in homes through the assistance they provided pet owners!
  • Our team at the Pet Resource Center can be reached daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 602.997.7585 ext. 3800
