Blind Cat Wanders Three Blocks, Reunited With Owner

When our Emergency Animal Medical Technicians™ found Pooh wandering the streets of Glendale, little did they know that the orange tabby cat was loved and missing.

Pooh had darted out of his home after being spooked by construction and managed to travel three blocks away – a minor miracle for a 16-year-old feline who is completely blind.

Pooh’s good fortune, however, was just beginning. Pooh’s worried owner made his way to our Sunnyslope Campus looking for his missing friend and was overjoyed when he spotted Pooh. The two were reunited and Pooh gave his owner a loving nudge upon greeting him.
