ABC 15: AHS’ Bottle Baby Kitten ICU is Over Capacity

News Highlights:

• AHS’ Bottle Baby Kitten ICU is over capacity and we need your help to care for the Valley’s most fragile felines! While our skilled, compassionate team of staff and volunteers feed, weigh, and stimulate these orphaned kittens 24 hours a day, we cannot do this all alone. We are looking for Foster Heroes who can take on newborn to 4-week-old kittens and foster them at home for just a few weeks.
• Becoming an AHS Foster Hero is easy, and orientation can be completed from the comfort of your own home in less than one hour by visiting azhumane.org/foster.
• Don’t forget that if you find these little cuties in your backyard or neighborhood, do not kit-nap kittens! While our good-hearted instincts tell us to rush to the aid of these fragile felines, the best things we can do is leave them alone. Mom will likely return shortly, and it’s critical that the kittens remain in her care as she offers the best chance for survival.
