We Can Be Heroes! Join AHS, and Together, We Can Save More of Our Community’s Most Vulnerable Pets

Our Foster Heroes are a vital component of our organization. They provide a safe space that allows pets to relax, heal, and become who they are so they can find their purrrfect family when adoption time comes. AHS’ Foster Heroes offer consistent, loving care that supports our pets and opens valuable space within our doors so that we can take in even more of our community’s most vulnerable pets.

Now, with the influx of new babies pouring into our facilities, AHS is overflowing with cuteness, and we desperately need Foster Heroes to care for our tiny Bottle Baby kittens. These little orphans require special care until they are 8-weeks of age and ready for a fur-ever home. AHS provides everything you need, including medical care, formula, bottles, blankets, toys, and more.

If you’d prefer to foster a pup, we’ve got those, too! There are plenty of pets waiting for their hero. As Safety Net for Valley’s Most Vulnerable Pets, we receive a high number of pets at the Arizona Humane Society every day, each with their own unique set of needs. Last year, our Foster Heroes opened their hearts and homes to 4,423 animals in need. We couldn’t do what we do without them.
