On December 31, 2021, the world lost an icon, and our nation lost its grandmother and a devoted pet enthusiast. Beloved “Golden Girls” actress Betty White passed away quietly in her home at the age of 99. Today, January 17, 2022, would have been her 100th birthday.
A social media challenge has gone viral to continue the legacy of the late philanthropist and animal rights activist in honor of the day.
