KUPD and Holmberg Bound Fundraiser for AHS Dogs

Did you know the host of Holmberg’s Morning Sickness on 98KUPD, John Holmberg, is a huge dog enthusiast and is an amazing friend to the Arizona Humane Society? It’s true! In fact, he has a whole crew of pups and there’s only one thing John loves as much as his dogs: craft beer! So, John got together with Four Peaks Brewing Co. and the result? A delicious red IPA called Holmberg Bound brewed especially to benefit our dogs at the Arizona Humane Society.

To craft this unique beer, Four Peaks and John Holmberg met to create it from scratch for this special event and caught the whole thing on film. Now, they’re ready to share the hops of their labor with the community.

Join AHS at Four Peaks Brewing Co.’s 8th Street location in Tempe for the re-release of Holmberg Bound on Wednesday, December 7th. Not only can you get a tasty adult beverage, but we will be onsite with some of our adorable, adoptable pets, and reps from 98KUPD will be there with plenty of radio goodies.

Donations can be dropped off at the KUPD studios (1100 North 52nd Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85008), the Arizona Humane Society’s Nina Mason Pulliam South Mountain Campus through December 18th, and at the locations below:

• Tuesday, December 6 from 4 – 6 p.m. at Exceptional Pets (1928 S. Gilbert Rd., Mesa, AZ 85204) with Bret Vesely
• Thursday, December 8 from 7 – 9 a.m. at Safeway (340 East McDowell Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85004) with Bret Vesely
• Thursday, December 15 from 7 – 9 a.m. at Albertsons (6965 North Hayden Rd., Scottsdale, AZ 85250)
