Take a Tour

Get an up close look at how we save lives

Take a behind-the-scenes look at how the Arizona Humane Society cares for our homeless animals while they search for their forever homes.

We offer tours at both our Nina Mason Pulliam Campus for Compassion and our Sunnyslope Campus that include an introduction to AHS, a guided walk through the shelter and program areas (including our cat, dog and critter adoption areas!) and a discussion of how you can partner with us as a volunteer, donor or adopter.

Our tours accommodate both children and adults and last approximately one hour. For tour groups of fewer than 15, you may tour our Nina Mason Pulliam Campus for Compassion or Sunnyslope Campus the second Saturday of each month at 10 a.m. without an appointment.

For tour groups of 15 or more individuals, we ask for a $5 fee per tour attendee and have many options of tour availability during the week. To schedule a tour for a group of 15 or more people, please email education@azhumane.org to schedule. Please give two weeks advance notice so that we can make all the necessary accommodations and arrange a wonderful experience for you!

If you are a teacher inquiring about a school field trip, please email education@azhumane.org for more information.
