Take an Intimate Look Behind the Scenes

Come see how we care for homeless pets, how our expert Animal Care Team provides national-level enrichment to our pets and how they find their forever homes. We offer both guided and self-guided tours at two of our three campuses seven days a week. Guided tours last approximately one hour.

Papago Park Campus (located in the heart of Phoenix) is unlike any other structure in the country. Learn more.

  • Self-Guided Tour – Stop by any time! We’re open seven days a week. 11 AM to 6 PM
  • Guided Tour* by Appointment – Click to schedule

South Mountain Campus (located in the south Phoenix area)

*NOTE: for Guided tours, we kindly ask for a $5 fee per tour attendee. Please give two weeks advance notice so that we can make all the necessary accommodations and arrange a wonderful experience for you! This is a great choice for scouts, families, church groups, clubs and work outings.
