Pet Telethon

Saturday, August 25, 2012
12:30 – 3:30 p.m.

Each summer for the past 14 years, AHS has showcased our services for animals, celebrated the successes of our organization, and raised vital funds for programs that save thousands of homeless animals with a Pet Telethon.

This year's 14th annual Pet Telethon will air on 3TV and CW6 on Saturday, August 25. The live, three-hour broadcast will serve as the culmination of this summer's Project 121 campaign. The telethon will be broadcasted live starting at 12:30 p.m. from AHS' Nina Mason Pulliam Campus for Compassion. That means you'll get to go behind-the-scenes and meet some of current shelter dogs, puppies, cats, kittens and critters! Viewers will meet the Faces of Project 121 and hear their inspirational stories of survival, and learn about our programs from those who serve on the front lines at AHS: our EAMT™s, veterinarians and vet techs, and amazing volunteers.

We anticipate that over 50,000 viewers will tune in to engage in the mission of AHS and celebrate in the successes of Project 121. We hope you'll tune in too!
