#RedforEd: Animal Adventure Day Camp

Is your child’s school part of the #RedforEd walkout? Join the Arizona Humane Society for a fun-filled day exploring the world of animals! Kids will learn all about domestic and exotic animals through hands-on activities, games and animal interactions.

Ages: 6 – 8 & 9 – 12
Dates: Thursday April 26th
Camp Time: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (after care options available)
Registration Fee: $50.00 ($10 for after care 4 p.m. -5:30 p.m.)
Snacks/Lunch: We ask parents to provide snacks and lunch for their children each day

Summer Camps 2018

AHS offers a whole lineup of summer animal camps for kids interested in learning more about animals and animal careers. Summer animal camps teach kids how to train and care for animals, be responsible pet guardians, align their choices with their values and make our community a safer place for all animals. Campers will have hands-on learning opportunities with a variety of animals. Partial camp funding provided by the Arizona Community Foundation.

Junior Camp Counselors

Love Animals, Kids & Leadership?

The Junior Camp Counselor Program (JCC) is a volunteer youth development program aimed to provide leadership, educational, and responsibility-based life skill development for teenagers between the ages of 14 and 17. Under the supervision of Education Instructors, Junior Camp Counselors will interact with campers, assist with curriculum activities and serve as leaders in camp spirit and motivation.
