Academy Objectives
- Learn medical component of EAMT training process
- Assess nature of an animal’s condition and obtain available medical history
- Observe and document objective conditions of the scene
- Learn skills to provide emergency treatment on scene under medical direction of a licensed veterinarian
Schedule & Logistics

- Only 20 slots available in each class
- 1pm – 5pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 8am - 5pm Wednesday
- 2 consecutive weeks
- 40 hour course
- Training takes place at our Sunnyslope facility at 1311 W Hatcher Rd Phoenix, AZ 85021
- $500 Tuition

Outcome
EAMT Certificate of Completion: Must achieve score of 70% or better, this is NOT a formally accredited certificate and in no way constitutes agreement of employment with the Arizona Humane Society, though if successful will place you into the EAMT hiring pool when a position becomes available.
