Columbarium at South Mountain

Our Pet Columbarium is nestled in the peaceful Leo J. Czaplicki Memorial Garden at our Nina Mason Pulliam Campus for Compassion which is scenically situated against South Mountain. Providing your beloved pet a beautiful resting place in perpetuity is a wonderful way to memorialize a lifetime of joy and companionship.

Pet Columbarium niches are available in 3 sizes

Small niches: accommodate up to 2 urns         $200

Medium niches: accommodate up to 4 urns      $400

Large niches: accommodate up to 8 urns         $800

 

Owner requested euthanasia and cremation with ashes returned is performed at our Sunnyslope facility only. Unfortunately, pet owners are not able to accompany their pet during this procedure.

Urns are included in the price of cremation

Fees are non-refundable once services have been provided. Payment is due in full at the time of contract.
