Pumpkin goes from being a baby-making machine to baby of the house!
Pumpkin, an extremely loving 3-year-old Pit Bull Terrier, was discovered by CPS and rescued by one of our EAMTs™ in a tiny, cluttered room with nine pups.
Not only was she extremely thin, but she has given birth to more than 59 puppies in her short life. In fact, she was unable to produce enough milk to feed the current litter of pups.
Now she has found a home where she's the baby and is constantly doted on.

Pumpkin arrives at the shelter in sad spirits. Notice the neglected, long nail growth and extremely distended underside.

A well-needed meal for a severely emaciated Pumpkin.

After finally getting some food in her, Pumpkin enjoys a rest on her very own bed.

Meet Pumpkin's New Family!
"As you can see, Pumpkin's making herself right at home. We fell in love with Pumpkin from your website after reading her story and viewing the video that you had online. I called first to ensure that she was still there and we came up. Once we saw her in person we knew she was the perfect fit for our family. The kids absolutely love her and dote on her all the time."

After seeing their stories in our email, a generous donor even purchased two $50 gift cards to our Pet Emporium for the new adopting families to spoil them.
Pumpkin's new family bought her a pink doggie bed, grooming supplies and other goodies. What an amazing team effort to find new homes for these girls!
